This project is leading by Dr. Chun-Chao Chiu, who is come from Taiwan. He is an artist and lecturer based in a beautiful city- Newcastle upon Tyne. He has worked in galleries, museum, schools, youth clubs, libraries, art festivals and University of Newcastle and Sunderland. He has been working in Chinese and Western painting, drawing, sculpture and installation.
Dr. Chiu has an assistant since last year for Long Project 2007. Her name is Wei Wang, who graduated from Sunderland University with a master degree of Design, Multimedia and Graphics. She studied art education for Calligraphy and Chinese Painting in China. Also, she has lots of experiences for teaching children in youth clubs and art festivals in Newcastle.
